She's the strongest right now in konoha after Naruto. Guy cannot beat her, I'm pretty sure abt that. Though Kakashi has done quite well in the war so far, but so did Tsunade. She's been facing edo madara & got a beat same as the other kages. On top of that she's been replenishing most of their chakra as well but she's still standing.
I don't think Kakashi can last more then her in front of Madara or that he can stand equally beside the other kages.

I'm actually bored of the senseless Tsunade underrating.

This cant kill Katsuyu. She tanked Pein' s strongest Shinra Tensei.

That is obviously if Guy can injure her severely. The impact she would have from his fists or kicks will not penetrate her body. She can definitely endure that kind of injuries since she's not some jounin level ninja.
Also Senju's have large pool of chakra. This shouldn't be problem in this fight.

i say she 2nd behind naruto. she is hokage and her healing jutsu without seals is amazing. though i do believekakshi and guy can do massive damage, she still wins imo. her fanbase isn't as much as kakashi and guy so hearing her coming after them two is expected.
