Tsunade vs Gai
I can see Gai getting into Gate mode and Kicking the crap out of her for 3 minutes (after that he cant move well) but Strength of a Hundred has lasted for a few hours in the Madara fight and that was after Tsunade
-Sommon Katsuyu to stay at the base
-Healed from Heavenly Transfer JUtsu
-Heal Onoki and garaa
-Give mei chakra
if she had all her chakra to start and diddnt have to heal anyone she could beat Gai HIGH DIFF

I just hate people that say that those two JOUNINS can beat the HOKAGE!!

1. Katsuyu can multiply into hundreds of smaller versions intstatnly so Kamui might only take a few of her
