Tsunade is the 2nd strongest Hokage

Hiruzen - He has nothing to hurt her with either.




Minato - Rasengan and kunais aren't doing shit to Tsunade.

Tobirama with FTG is too quick for tsunade and proficient sword technique allows him to decapitate Tsunades head. Not to mention he has edo tensei to revive Hashirama. Also he could drown Tsunade by sending a huge torrent of water and hold her down.
Everyone has the ability to decapitate Tsunades head, so all the previous Hokage including Danzou can kill her.

Konan prepped her bombs specifically for the purpose of killing obito. This is completely different than having failsafe seals for him to teleport to.....Its a part of his jutsu U_U
