She has shown to be fast enough (Sannin battle where she blitzed Kabuto in deteriored state, was able to protect Naruto in the same state before Jiraya could do a seal, , Pein invasion when in the same state she overcame an anbu, Madara time when she intercepted his Katon before Mei did her hand seals) and intelligent which combined can overcome everything you said.
You still forget that the Second shinobi war was won because of her abilities, intelligence and combat type.

Yes, there are another reasons to pick a hokage not just strenght, yet she was picked. See where I'm aiming?

1. I counteracted feats in the fight not just the ways of the Hokage picking stuff.

2. I didn't said she has that kind of speed, I said she has enough speed and intelligence to have a strategy to counteract him. Don't put words on my mouth. Please, wiki stats are done after the databook which has been showed to be faulty. I based everything only on what manga showed.

3. I haven't dismissed sharingan, just showed that it can be counteracted. In order to be able to counteract something, you have to automatically take those feats into consideration. Therefore it results in me taking into consideration sharingan feats as well.

4. I never said Tsunade cannot be touched. Once again, don't put words into my mouth.

If you call overrating by showing feats, it means that every person here in NB is overrating all the characters. If I show Neji's feats it means I overrate him, if I show Shikamaru feats it means I am overrating him, if I show Naruto feats it means I am overrating him, if I show Sasuke feats it means I am overrating him etc. Flawed logic coming from you. Tell me how does she counteract the 3 tomoe perception? Nothing she has done tops the sharigan feats. She can't do anything about it. Tsunade preffered fighting style is close combat. Danzo can take advantage of that and seal her in her place. As far as Intelligence goes they are about even. Even so it has little do with it. What you stated were hardly any feats showing Tsunade can beat Danzo. By the time she even figures about Izanagi the battle will already be over.

Its really simple to see how this fight goes. Tsunade likes close combat. Danzo uses sharigan perception and keeps izangi activated. Danzo gets his touch seal in, maybe Tsunade hits him which is highly unlikely. Danzo most likely dodges her attack and Tsunade is frozen or maybe Danzo takes the hit heals from Izanagi and cuts her head off.
