Lol 3 year long Reign for Tsunade and she lost a War. Yeah Shinobi Alliance lost. Tsunade's reign won't even be remembered besides being a footnote in the epicness of Naruto.

Seriously I actually really loved her as Hokage she was probably the best reigning Hokages seeing she had no problems in the village economically or socially unlike 3rd 4th 2nd.And Well without PS Tsunade could take Kakashi she get's underated to the point where she's paired up against the Weakest K11 Members.

But I believe she will resign the Hokages job for Kakashi.
But I would like her better as Hokage than Kakashi.

Hiruzen stepped down for Minato after being Hokage for about 30 years. He was around Tsunade's age when he stepped down, sure, but Tsunade has been Hokage for less than 5 years.

It doesn't matter what anyone says not even Obito, once she is alive she's probably going to remain hokage if she was to step down it would be weird for her to do so for someone other than Naruto.

Not to mention kakashi won't have his current powers then. Tsunade is just fine being hokage, people like naruto and co who are stronger can make good military force they don't need to be cooped up in the office.

Tsunade does everything a hokage does well, her fighting might be a bit less than the other thing but she's been doing a fine job.
