Tsunada isn't slow, but she not fast as A, Minato, Naruto, etc.
She is strong and a medic ninja. She's not part of the stealth squad, she was never meant for speed.

She could barely beat a weakened Oro. Prime Oro with his Edo would fodderize her to no end. This is the truth.

You do realize that Tsunade didn't use Creation Rebirth or Katsuyu against Kabuto right? She didn't even have to use it against armless Orochimaru but used it when she purposely ran and tanked the kusanagi blade to save Naruto. If Tsunade had used both Katsuyu and creation rebirth from the start, she would have stomped both armless Oro and part 1 Kabuto.

Even still, current Tsunade is a lot stronger and faster compared to part 1 Tsunade and has access to Byakugo (Strength of a Hundred) pushing her even higher.

Well a speed of 3.5 she isn't the fastest, lets put it that way.
She has good evasive skill though, but at the same time like orochimaru she likes to take on attacks because she overestimates her medic ninjutsu which grants her a form of immortality
