And at last Naruto clearly won't be becoming Hokage any time soon as long as she is alive, because " kage " is not always the strongest in the village (and Tsunade IS one of the strongest ninja in konoha ) but kage is the one who can protect the village and every villager!!!

So what; Hiruzen Sarutobi retired and let Minato take over as the 5th Hokage while Sarutobi as still alive. So Tsunade could do the same for Naruto and just step down and give it to him.

Naruto, Kakashi etc may protect the village too but unlike Tsunade they cant heal the wounds of war. Healing is as much as important (and much rarer) as protecting. Tsunade may or may not be the best (Hashi cld heal too) Hokage, but she loves her village and tries her best to nurture Konoha. Naruto too may make a good Hokage, but he is still to immature.

Do not pay attention to those fools who are so insecure about themselves that they can't see a women in high position and doing good work, even if it is a anime character they won't let any chance to offend a women slip by their hand's, that's how insecure they are.
