Tsunade is not slow

I don't understand how people think she's slow? In every thread people say she gets blittzed and stuff like that but that's bs.


In part 1 she was able to dodge kabuto's attack from underground while shizune, a jounin couldn't. That puts her above normal jounin speed.

But that's not all. She was the only one who reacted to madara's katon even base Ay couldn't. That puts her even above normal kage speed. I dont understand how her speed is 3 in the databook. It should be way higher. Plus she can use her chakra to boost herself like sakura.

You posting reaction speed feats, Not raw speed feats.

Also i see no reason why Ay couldn't react to Madara's katon, Even Mei did but what could Ay do to stop the katon without destroying his only remaining arm or badly injuring himself?.

Ok..She still gets shit on by Higher level Kage tiers like Jiraiya, Itachi, Minato, and Pain..Her reflexes aren't as good as you think it is..She was stabbed multiple times by Madara's susanoo swords..Cut multiple times by Orochimaru..Sure she can heal those wounds but why use up your Yin Seal when you simply evade attacks??

Tsunade is not slow... however she is not fast.

Most of what you posted are reaction feats anyways and don’t compliment speed much, especially the Katon example.

By Madara's own admission she's slower than the Raikage.

At best she's slightly above jonnin speed as you said which in no way is bad.

Tsunade is above average for sure in foot speed but excels in reaction timing more or less so I'd wager she isn't keeping up with majority of High Tier characters in pure movement speed.
