If I remember correctly, they didn't actually
defeat Hanzo; Hanzo stopped the fight in the middle, said they put up a real effort (even though they were all exhausted and Hanzo was still intimidating-looking), and bestowed the title upon them.
2- she's best medicial ninja ever lived & nobody disagree about that because it's fact ..
Hereditary; the First Hokage had similar Medical jutsu, and Madara stated that his med-jutsu were on an entirely different level.
3- jiraya admits that she's the best to be hokage & everyone in konoha wanted her badly .
Jiraiya admitted that he didn't want to be Hokage, and gave the elders the name of his former teammate who
hadn't just tried to destroy the Leaf. The elders wanted Jiraiya, and really, the only person who ever actually said "Tsunade would do a better job than Jiraiya" was Jiraiya himself.

Physically strongest; however, when fighting A in the anime, A used his speed and a feint to defeat her. Being the physically strongest person ever does nothing for you if your opponent decides to never enter short-range, as many ninja do prefer to used ranged elemental attacks.
5- in databook, she has the highest score amoung all kages & her score was 35/40 ..
Fair enough; I can't argue with that, mainly because I don't know the stats.
6- her physical strength is feared amoung everyninja & her abillity to analayiz the battle is so unpredictable as well .
Yes, she's strong (as I admitted earlier), but sheer strength doesn't help you unless you have something within punching distance. As for her ability to analyze a battle, while I don't remember her doing it, assuming she can, it's one thing to know what's going on; it's a completely different thing to be able to do something about it.
7- even one of the strongest villain in part2 was afraid of her & i mean pain .
pain was afraid of facing her in pain arc , he just talk to her & he used shinrea tensei as short cut to avoid fighting her , let me clear something .. konoha doesn't need naruto to save village but kishi wanted to gave naruto the role playing of saving village & i think if tsunade fight pain , she will beat him but sadly she was focusing on healing the falling ninja that's why her chakra was low & she couldn't fight .
When did Pein show fear? He was going to show her the peace he wanted through destruction, rather than kill her. Then she healed a great deal of the villagers, which sent her into a coma after Naruto saved her from the Asura Path; had it not been for Naruto, the weaken-Tsunade would have not been able to stand as the Ausra Path attacked and ultimately killed her. Also, if Tsunade were to go up against the 6 Paths of Pein, the Deva Path would pull her into the air and then push her into a summon of the Animal Path. While punching and ultimately destroying the summon, the Human Path would grab the back of her head from behind and suck out her soul. U_U

madara will be dead if he wasn't an edo tensei & nobody in series could break sasunoo excapt tsunade
Yes, she did. Mei also melted Sasuke's Susano'o. Sasuke forced Itachi's Susano'o to retreat back out of existence with Kirin (it can be argued. However, it was not the Susano'o's actual strength which defended Itachi; it was the Mirror which blocks all attacks). Susano'o isn't a perfect defense; it can be broken or otherwise weakened. And as said earlier, Tsunade is physically strong.
