Tsunade is .... level

Her Chakra Level is 4 according to the databooks, this is nowhere near Bijulevel. Gathering Chakra in a seal over months doesn't mean her Chakra is on the level of a Biju.

In the 3rd databook Kakashi for example has 4.5 and he only fought half a day with his Kamui while Tsunade fought a day until almost night with her Byakugou and at the end she said that she won't be able to hold it that much, while Kakashi's shot of Kamui was the last one as we've seen in the manga.

And not only that.
There are a lot of contradictions with the databook and Kishi is known to be a little messy when it comes to his characters.

The bigeest example to me: Hyuugas.

In part 1 he says that Uchihas origins lie within the Hyuugas.
Part 2 he overpowers the Uchihas and fodderizes the Huyygas.

Definitely mid, I'd say. I think we can all agree that Tsunade is the weakest Hokage, but there've been weaker Kage from other villages (Fourth Kazekage, I'm looking at you. You're disappointing). Her chakra's colossal, though.

She is a Senju and an Uzumaki. You know what effect this has on your chakra? The chakra that she has stored...is already humongous. She isnt even exhausted yet.

If I had to choose the most powerful of the current Kage, I'd put Tsunade right under A, and probably Onoki. I think Gaara will surpass her in time, but he's still young. And Mei is ****ing awesome, but she really doesn't stand out. She has some very unique, devastating jutsu, but so do A LOT of other characters. She's very bland, in my opinion.

I'd have to put Onoki at #1, with A/Tsunade right up there at #2.
