-Used pills to make him stronger and faster

The only advantage Tsunade has is in strength, and she is not fast enough to land a hit on him. So Kakashi beat her in almost every aspects. He doesn't need Kamui to win

Her primary skills as a medical ninja is evasive skills. Evasive skills require speed and we have seen Tsunade react very quick even when injured - for example battle of the Sannins, when she land a hit on Kabuto even if she's injured. Afterwards, Manda who is really fast, Tsunade was in the same par with him when she was even holding Gamabunta's sword.
Another example was when she was able to intercept Madara's Katon before Mei being able to finish her hand seals.
Tsunade is fast.

Tsunade has 3/5 in speed in the databook, when Kakashi has 4.5/5(almost the max), so there is a huge gap in speed from Kishimotos point of view. Now if we go by feats, Kakashi was praised for his speed in almost all the fight he had. Even Tobi complimented Kakashi for his speed. Rare are the time where Kakashi got even wounded when he fights. Tsunade never had a compliment about it if i remember, and in all her fights she gets wounded badly. Again against Madara she is the only kage who got stabbed multiple times by Susanoo. Her advantage here is that she has Byakuyou what makes her difficult to get killed, it's not speed. Tsunade was never considered as fast in this manga.

About the reaction, you forget the sharingan, something that predict attacks, so no, Tsunade can't be better than a sharingan user in this category also
