She isn't immune but she can break out of one very fast. I'm not sure about Tsukuyomi and above 3 tomoe genjutsu though...maybe if she's aware she's in one, she unseals byakugou? I'm not sure tbh
Tsunade only lost it because her chakra in her byakugou wasn't restored. but once it was restore the jutsu started again, and made her young, even without her consent because she programmed it to constantly do so, and it uses up a deal of chakra, as Sakura stated, she doesn't use her seal to make her look young, so she has more chakra than Tsunade.
While we are on the topic, Sakura possiby had genjutsu imunity in all of part 2 pre byakugou, as she was constantly storing chakra.
To break a genjutsu, external chakra is required to disturb the affected's chakra flow. Since Tsunade doesn't have any external chakra source so no she can't break out of a genjutsu like Tsukiyomi or any other high level genjutsu. Maybe she can break low level genjutsu by brute force chakra release method, other than that no.
Byakugou is sealed Chakra, like a Tailed Beast.
Also Genjutsu works by controlling the chakra of the victum, No one in the manga could be able to logically override Sakura's or Tsunade chakra control, which is possibly why Sakura is so resistant to genjutsu.
According to your logic, Sasuke and Itachi shouldn't have been put into genjutsu because they were using susanoo which drains the chakra which would disrupt it.
They have some chakra in their body otherwise they would be dead, Having such little chakra should make genjutsu easier.
And Sasuke said every cell in her body hurts, but now he has EMS so SUsanoo is easy to use, and Itachi was an Edo no pain. Also that is totally diffferent from byakugou, like I said Genjutsu works by controlling the chakra in teh victims brain and spinal thingy, Byakugou

Is that how you are describing it?. It doesnt pump out chakra. Once the seal is released its released. When the seal closes the chakra unused goes back in.

No its like a heart constantly pumping out chakra, which is why Sakura and Tsunades power is increased so greatly and why they dont have to weave hand seals to use jutsu in that form.

Tsunade doesn't have to know, because she doesn't have to actively disrupt her chakra, it does it on its own.
