Of course not, silly. It always goes like this:

1. Stab protagonist and be an awesome antagonist
2. Trash talk him/her
3. Get overconfident and ignore stabbed protagonist
4. Gape in shock as *GASP* the protagonist gets up, alive and well! With, OMG, new-found strength even though he/she was JUST STABBED!

This routine has been done so much in anime/manga it's not only predictable and completely unoriginal, but also something to be expected.

well i'm not a tsunade hater , but why the hell did kishi decided to kill oro and J-man and leave tsunade alive ??!! I mean WTH ???!!!

if worste comes to worste she go in small coma state like pain battle and come back later in battle when hes fightin the others kagi. rememeber her technique comes with cost bigger wound even though fast as heck it takes time if fatal.
