Actually, I was teary eyed seeing the Kages in that condition. But hey, she's so badass; cut in half and is still alive and her seal intact? I wonder what jutsu Madara used. I think they will all survive. Katsuyu said that she can have Tsunade's body together, hmm. But really, I'm just sad and I have this feeling that Tsunade will survive.

Yes, that's what it looks like to me. Tsunade will sacrifice herself to heal the other kages. I suspect she'll also give Katsuyu some instructions about who should become the next Hokage and what Naruto should do.
