These calculations are all from an extremely super duper 100% legit source and has been cross checked by several parties in the anime community.​

Tsunade is 32 pixels tall and the panel height is 566 pixels.

Object Degree Size = 2*atan(Object/(Panel_Height/tan(70/2))

Object Degree Size = 2*atan(32/(566/tan(70/2)) = 4.534 degrees

Tsunade's Wiki says that she is 1.631 meters.​

Using this calculator to inputting 4.534 degrees for the angle and 1.631 meters for her size, the distance we get from the point of view of the panel to Tsunade is 20.6 meters.

Now that all happened in close to a second, so I'll just use 1 second for simplicity.

Tsunade's speed = 20.6 meters per second.
