I agree that Sasuke's pitiful genjutsu would be countered, and the Katsuyu method (good find btw) won't even be necessary against him. Danzo broke out of Sasuke's genjutsu. However, Tsunade cannot break out of Tsukoyomi, because only a sharingan user can do that. The Katsuyu method will not work either because the jutsu is too fast, Tsunade cannot warn katsuyu. Kakashi stated as much during the Rescue Gaara arc. So Itachi can one-shot Tsunade.

We have never seen her hit Madara through Susano'o. Furthermore, Madara's Susano'o does not have the absolute defense shield like Sasuke and Itachi's do. Tsunade has zero hope of breaking through Susano'o using Taijutsu. We have no guarantee that Katsuyu's acid is as strong as Mei's. In anycase, it will be deflected by absolute defense shield. That last statement is hilarious, thank you for saying it. I regret to say however that Tsunade cannot tank either of the bro's swords. Itachi's insta kills anyone it touches. Sasuke's can be used to burn you with Amaterasu, which cannot be healed off by Tsunade. Both bros cannot be touched by Tsunade, whereas a single stab from either of their swords can insta kill Tsunade.

Totsuka sword cannot be healed. Amaterasu has to be continuously healed for seven days, assuming you can concentrate that long, and further assuming you can heal at least as fast as it does damage. During this time, Sasuke or Itachi can walk up and decapitate Tsunade, which cannot be regenerated.

And Totsuka sword and Tsukoyomi. Even so, Amaterasu is a staple of both brother's arsenals, and if she cannot counter it then we cannot say that she is a good counter for the bros.
To summarize my points:
1. Tsunade cannot touch the bros with any of her techniques.
2. Both bros can easily one shot her. Itachi can do it with Tsukoyomi. If Tsunade does not look in his eyes, then Itachi gains a huge advantage. He can also instantly win with Amaterasu, because Tsunade is not fast enough to dodge it. Finally, Itachi can insta kill her with Totsuka sword. Sasuke can also instantly with Amaterasu.
She cannot counter them at all. In fact, THEY are a good counter for her.
For these reasons, the Uchiha brothers are basically guaranteed to win against Tsunade.
