Excellent point. Naruto is not ready to be Hokage. Kakashi should be Hokage appointed by Tsunade or if Tsunade dies. He is a genius and could really evolve and build up the village. It would be amazing if he is some how able to take Obito's eye and become "complete" instead of Obito becoming complete. Maybe with both eyes Kakashi could turn the Sharingan on and off at will like a real Uchiha??? Kakashi should then appoint Naruto as Hokage. Hopefully this managa lasts that long.

tsunade needs to step her game up jiraiya and oro outdoing her by a mile she hasnt done anything i would say is legendary sanin type shit or even kage worthy all previous hokage shit on her how was she even nominated for the role?

raikage mastered lightning release and has it for armour & increase speed also tailed beast level chakra
tshuckiage has bloodline expansion
kazekage mastered sand has an ultimate defense able to create inifinite amount of sand and can function as a sensor type

tsunade can heal ppl and has super strength and a summon no1 has seen in action attacking wise this shouldnt be enough to b hokage when kakashi explains jonin have mastered at least 2 elements

there is at least 10 other ninjas in konoha who are better than her currently from wht ive seen

she is spose to be related to mito uzamaki and hashirama senju she better step her shit up and release a slug sage style or she needs to accept the fact she sucks ass

A Kage is not chosen simply based on strength. If that were the case then Naruto should be Hokage. Tsunade was chosen based on her credentials, reputation, and medical jutsu . She is the greatest medical ninja since the 1st Hokage, she revolutionized battle strategy by adding 1 medical ninja to each unit and created the rules for medical ninja in combat. She is known and respected world wide for her medical knowledge and abilities. Even lady Chiyo admitted this. She is one of the Sanin that fought Hanzo and lived and earned his respect. She healed countless wounded soldiers during the pain arc and saved many lives. Katsuya (her summon) aids her by channeling her healing chakra to wounded shinobi and civilians. Katsuya also saved Ino's life and others during the pain arc.
Tsunade has taught all the medical ninja in the village. Neji would have died without Tsunade's teachings. Any one who can save that many lives deserves some respect.

Also, Out of all of the Kage Tsunade has done the most against Madara. She landed a punch that was more powerful than the Raikage, healed the Tsuchikage and restored his chakra in order to help him land an attack. She has protected all of the kage from Madara's fire attack when Mei could not get off the water counter in time.

I think the point you miss is that she is a medical ninja. When you see the average medical ninja they are in lab coats and never touch the battle field. Few are skilled enough to go into the battle field as medical ninja. Ino, Hinata (not sure on Hinata), Sakura, Shizune, and Tsunade are the only ones capable of fighting and healing in the entire village. The fact that Tsunade can even be on the battle field with the likes of Jiriya, Hnazo, and Orochimaru shows she is a genius medical ninja and it is because of that specialty she deserves the titles of Hokage and Sanin.

Lets see kakashi, naruto, guy, shikamaru, danzo, 2 anbu ppl accompanying danzo (torune & fu), neji, hinata, shino, shikamarus dad (shikaku), fight orochimaru and live through being cut up and stabbed through the heart, then turn around and kick his ass.

Lets see these same people live through being split in two, live, summon their animal, and heal 4 near death kage.

Tsunade understands that her greates roll is support. The Kages would have died a long time ago were it not for Tsunade's support. No other medical ninja in the Narutoverse could have stepped onto that battle field and been of any use. ONLY Tsunade.
