You know so much more about Tsunade than I do hah, I can't even remember that. But It would be strange for Katsyu to say something like that and have it not be true. She probably knows the extent of Tsunade's abilities better than anyone, except maybe Jiraiya, he did do all that "research" on her after all...*cough* anyway.

Haha, well that's what I get for being such a huge fan of Jiraiya.

But, yes if Katsyu did say "again" then perhaps she has been through something similar before, she has been around for a long time after all, been through many different war scenario's and battles. I wouldn't put it past her to be honest.

All that's probable. In the end, Katsuyu and Tsunade share a very different relation summon-summoner than any other in the Narutoverse.

I agree that she's really the only family Naruto has left, not blood related of course...but someone that I think truly cares for Naruto as if he were family, like Jiraiya did. It would be quite fitting for her to retire the Hokage throne to Naruto, a proper ceremony, one that Naruto deserves.

Possible I suppose, but the only other Kage I see dying is Ooniki, he's fairly old and has made up for his past mistakes, if he died now he would have no regrets.

I love Tsunade but i think this is her time, she can go see Dan and Jiraiya. She will save the other kages. Katsuya will be able to save her but she might just refuse to get Katsuya help. Therefore her death will trigger Naruto to be pissed off since he can sense chakra. I'm just saying, Kishimoto like to surprise his fans after all.

There seems to be an unwritten rule about the Sannin: after it got narrowed down to one left alive, only one can be alive of the three. Orochimaru is back, sadly Tsunade will die. The tree crushed her in a location where it is not... quite so vital. Given her skill as a medic she could fix herself, the tree is currently functioning as a tourniquet. But she'll use something similar to what Lady Chiyo used for Gaara. And that'll be the end of Tsunade. Unfortunately. Mainly because Kakashi is not quite ready to be the Hokage yet. (Yes I think Kakashi is a better candidate than Naruto.)

Tsunade should of died when she was up against Orochimaru. Then Kakashi would have been hokage.

Tell me if Kakashi was hokage.... how would the battle with Deidara have turned out? Or the battle with Sasuke? How would the battle with Kakuzu turned out? How would the battle with Sasori ended? How would he have protected Konoha from Pein? How would he have stood up to the advisors when it hasn't been shown in his character to push past the advice of his elders?
The fact is if Kakashi was hokage Naruto would be much further behind than he is now, or he'd be dead. Kakashi would have died trying to battle Pein without successfully having a way to communicate the knowledge he had on Pein to anyone else (and even if Choji managed to tell someone Katsuyu was able to spread the word all around Konoha instantly and still tell Naruto when he arrived late. Kakashi had no way to take care of the wounded villagers nor did he have a way to prevent them from being hurt by the Shinra Tensei.
