Well I guess she'll save the other Kages.

It remains to be seen if she will live, the big slug seemed awfully confident that it could stick her back together though. It is possible using Tsunade's unique healing techniques along with cell regeneration that she could survive.

I say it depends on how much chakra she has left after healing the Kages. She DOES still have that seal on her forehead, which she used to protect/heal ALL of Konoha .... so you would THINK there would be plenty of chakra to go around.

I think Tsunade will die, If she dies, she would be more legendery... Die like a Hero as Jiraiya.

I also would like her to die but not because I don't like her, I think she is dope. Though I would like her to die because it might make sakura stronger and I would to see (In the show, Not Naruto Bases Opinion.) who will be next hokage.

If any of you get the idea of "good" story telling, then you know Tsunade cannot possibly live. She will die and save the kages forever being praised as a hero. If she lives it will be very anti climactic. Plus her death opens the spot for a 6th hokage....
