Tsunade has 1-Hit Kill Punches

Why do people think that strong characters some all have high endurance. Unless its stated then they don't.
She could kill Itachi, Minato, Obito, Muu, Sasuke and lots of other top-tier ninjas with a punch unless there is interference from some jutsu.

The only one that could survive a direct hit with no jutsu interference is Orochimaru



It wouldn't matter if the punch was aimed at Tenten or Minato. If it hit it would produce the same results.

Suigetsu is made of water... Physical hits are useless on him... A hit will do nothing

Orochimaru won't die from physical hits.. he got like 8 hits from tsunade at full force and didn't die in part 1.. though it messed up his body bad

Well not really, he possess the Power of the White Snake. He can separate his bone joints to stretch his body, enhanced healing factor, immunity to poison.

While her hits could easily destroy an average human body in a single attack remember there are some mutants in Narutoverse that are above average.
A punch from her wouldn't kill Suigetsu since he would just liquify himself, Orochimaru is durable enough to survive it due to severe modifications he did on himself and I believe the Third Raikage may be able to pull the same feat. But not taking into consideration some specific exceptions you're right, it is a one-hit kill.

Becaouse Tsunade didn't wanted to kill a kid... And she reserved her chakra to Orochimaru... And her muscles were cut. Even Kabuto wondered how she is able to move...
