Lightning affinity of Kakashi is canonically a counter for liquification technique. Tsunade is a chakra/stamina house, she can heal Gai easily and make him spam Bijuu scale attacks like Asakujaku and Hirudora. She can also power up Kakashi's elemental jutsu.

I think their teamwork would be deadly here since Kakashi and Gai are canonically a tag team works well and Tsunade can recover them from any chakra/stamina drawbacks.

But like I said, I don't exacyly know extent of this Kabuto.

If you'd restricted the jutsu's and not sensing, he'd win mid-diffculty at most.

@EjBlack: You forgot Kidōmaru's web attacks, with his bow he can kill them off one by one. Also, Jirōbō's trapping attacks are useful against people like Gai and Tsunade. Kimimaro's bone forest would destroy their feet.

Kabuto doesn't have Hozuki. He made his own version of fluids. He distinguishes his from Suijutsu when he told Sasuke if he remembered him, the partner you have that does use water.

It's an ability to transform into liquid form. I use my bodily fluids to perform it. It looks as if I'm sloughing off skin. It's a technique I created after researching and altering the transformation of the Hōzuki clan.

• If it was blood, it has iron in it which conducts electricity.
• If he was using fluid such as sweat, it has salt in it and water, which makes it an effective electrolyte and conducts even better.
• If he meant urine, it conducts electricity, hence don't piss on electrocuted fences.
• If he meant tears, it contains natural oils such as lipid which conducts electricity.

However, it doesn't matter since he's not passively so. If he gets hit, he can regenerate. Otherwise he can use liquefaction.​

Good Case. I'm not entirely sure about Jirobo trapping attack. It all depends on how much is it absorbing Tsunade's chakra. Will it be enough so that Tsunade can't summon Katsyu's mass size (a good counter to break out)?

I don't think Jirobou's trapping would suffice against 2 of the physically strongest characters in NV, especially when Kakashi can see chakra distribution/density with sharingan and lead Tsunade to strike the weak point. Tsunade has also raw strength, not just CES and Gai does not focus on chakra based attacks.

Kabuto's body fuilds was started to be created though so he can't be literally body fluids by definition.
