ET is restricted
KA is restricted
Tsunade starts with Katsuyu and is refreshed after every match.
No 8th gate because we don't have feats yet.

Enma doesn't rape her lol. And i doubt Hiruzen can use all 5 elements without being Edo, Otherwise he would of used it against Orochimaru.

Hiruzen has a large chakra pool, just because he is using all 5 of the elements doesn't mean he loses all of his chakra.

Even if he does, Tsunade won't allow him to just use those 5 elements. They are both evenly matched against each other and distance definitely plays a role in their victory. Tsunade won't be killed by Enma because he'll have to get close to her which is dangerous. And katsuyu isn't useless here. She won't just stand there.
