Tsunade foreshadowing

I was reading another post and was smiling at the apparent foreshadowing that Kishi uses when Tsunade reveals her desire to believe in someone...something. After losing her brother and her man, i'm sure much of her troubles were a result of despair.

"Hope deferred makes the heart grow sick."

Here, we see someone who's been lazy and gambling her life away to heal her internal emotions. Her willingness to throw herself in front of Naruto to deter Orichimaru from killing the Hokage-in-waiting and allow herself the opportunity to re-establish the will of fire within her is one of the more breath-taking elements of this manga.

Anyway, just thought I'd post some philosophical musings...sorry if someone else has posted on this but it's early and I am sleep-deprived.
