Actually been watching the past Naruto episodes and came across the part where Tsunade has to make a choice to see her loved ones again but lose the village that she cares deeply or become the Fifth Hokage and protect the Kohona.

Actually really like the Arc there and it's always nice to got back to past episodes and catch things you normally don't see on the first run.

My question is: If circumstances change that Naruto and "Pervy Sage" were not there to change her feelings you think she would have healed Orochimaru's arms at the risk of everything?

She would have continued with the plans of killing him.

It was tempting . but ultimately i think she would have protected the village her grandfather help build!
