Can Tsunade realy counter the " Dead Demon Consuming Seal " ?

I mean if she could heal Orochimaru's arms ,
can She heal someone, that his entire body is sealed by this Jutsu ?

I don't think its possible so, No. Tsunade cannot heal or recover the souls of another, who is trap within DRS.
