That would be suicide. The Byakugou simply enhances the rate of natural cell division to the point it heals what should be fatal wounds. If she went and even attempted to do do shed die. Cells divide only so many times. Furthermore, the only cell that can replicate every type of cell is a stem cell. Which are located in the head. More importantly though, there wouldn't be enough for clones.




OT: Tsunade has no conformed Raiton release. Furthermore, her Raiton attack wasn't a piercing attack, but a discharge attack. Furthermore it's impossible to determine the state of Kakuzu's muscles and cells due to the Jiongou threads. Even if the ability did work, Kakuzu could basically just pull a Sasori and control his body through his tendrils.


Tsunade's one plausible Raiton tech was a medical jutsu. The premise was that once discharged into the body, it requires the nerve cells to connect to alternative musclesn order to mess up what nerve pulses control which movement. The ability also seemingly requires direct physical contact eith the body. It may not even be enough to discharge through Domu. Especially since chakra can be increased to allow a weak element to stand to a superior one. However, there's no proof it's s lightning technique.



You also neglect that Kakuzu has the combat prowess to effortlessly outmatch Kakashi. Someone with a move predicting Sharingan, but also someone who is Gai's rival (who is also magnificent in Taijutsu).


Factor in the other elements of all his masks to force Tsunade to keep burning her cells and decapitation is a kill shot..... Kakuzu wins.

If she somehow manages to hit Kakuzu she could win, but that will never happen.

Tsunade has lightning release, so she's essentially got him in checkmate.

She can't die either, because when her seal is activate she can't die.

Kakuzu isn't fast enough to deal with her.

Part 1 hype is invincible, can't be debated against.

Kakuza has Water, Earth, Lightning, Fire, and Wind. 5 hearts, can fighting close range and far range. He fought Hashirama and lived, she's not winning. She's dead the moment her heart is out. Kakashi had the sharingan and was using lightning, water, Fire (in anime at least) and still and losing.

That requires her to get close and Kakazu showed better speed feats and can blast her with Wind+Water+Fire combo which sends her flying back. He can also use his threads to catch her, blast her then pull her heart out while she's regenerating I see him winning more than losing and if he los a heart or a few then he'll replace it with hers hehe
