Tsunade as a Sannin

Tsunade isn't 100% on par with Jiraiya and Orochimaru.

The only reason she got the title Sannin as well is because she was with them during the Hanzo battle and her teamwork with them. But alone, Tsuande isn't as well rounded offensively.

So in the case of Tem 7, Sakura can also be considered a neo Sannin, but that doesn't mean she has to be on par with Naruto and Sasuke. She's the best in her own respective field and abilities.

As a team, the Sannin/Team 7 are unstoppable. Alone, however, Tsunade nor Sakura will be ranked nearly as highly as their counterparts.

That is all.

Jiraiya wasn't all that great imo.

He would have beaten Pain when he had full chakra, had he known about his abilities. Look at Naruto, he had intel on Pain's abilities and he already spent a good chunk of chakra attacking the village and he barely won at the end, if you even consider that a win.

Jiraiya is one of the strongest imo. Considering he isn't from a clan and his fighting style is completely unique. I think he's on level with ppl like Itachi
