The titles don't matter really. Gaara wins in every location that isn't inside a building. It's as simple as that.

It indeed is not a stomp. Gaara needs to kill her, Sakura and Katsuyu. Katsuyu has Zesshi Nensan while Tsunade has her Byakugō. The fact that Gaara needs to take care of both Sakura and Katsuyu first implies that he takes this with some difficulty.
