Tsunade and Orochimaru

I havevone question. What do you think happened to Tsunade and Orochimaru? Kakashi became 6th Hokage but Tsunade is still alive and Orochimaru. Could they possibly be the new village Elder? Whay happened to them?

Tsunade Retired could be possible she rather gave it to Kakashi for Younger Generation .

I dunno about Orochimaru most Possible he is dead because of Zetsu body he is having he will become Tree like them.

Well we saw Tsuna. She is retired hanging out with the old Gokage (How old is oonoki. he is ancient now)

Orochimaru? I think he is following Sasuke in the shadows waiting for an opportunity to steal his body........

..........Unless Sasuke took care of him in the upcoming movie so he might be dead.
