Tsunade and Sasuke take this but you couldn't be closer to a draw. Oro and SM Naruto could be a problem but if Naruto is disconnected from the Kyuubi, his chakra is limited and he won't have those fast regeneration powers. Jiraiya and Sakura would be a problem because of Jiraiya's SM and Sakura's world-class healing abilites. But, Tsunade has even better medical abilites, Senju lineage and her Yin Seal and it's derivatives, add that to the Sharingan Genius with Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susano'o, it could potentially screw the others up. Nobody in the other teams will be fast enough to evade Amaterasu unless they're constantly moving.

Sasuke takes this. He can house Tsunade within his Sussano, and any chakra problem he faces - as MS literally leeches on the body and is quite taxing - Tsunade will simply heal him outright and supply him with chakra. This will create an EMS-like effect. Sasuke will be able to use his lethal attacks more than he did before.

A few arrows will take out Jiriya while he tries to go into SM. Naruto's SM would be useless before CS - Sasuke DID achieve it with MS - and would last only 5 minutes, for 15 if he has more clones. According to Gaara his Rasen-shuriken was useless before incomplete Sussano, which is why Madara was pulled out. Henceforth, I can't see it doing anything to Sasuke or Sussano.

Orochimaru's 8 branch technique is rendered useless by Amatersu, and he won't be able to shed skin forever as it uses a lot of chakra. Any of his other attacks are also pointless as Sussano is the game changer here.

He starts in SM. And if I allow the frog chant, everyone says he wins in 5 mins. It would be unfair.

The problem is that SM Jiraya is already around MS Sasuke and SM Naruto's level. Now when you add Tsunade or Orochimaru who are close to that level, and put Sakura on the other side, don't you think it's an unbalanced match-up? Maybe it would have been better if you restricted Sasuke to base and Naruto as well, and eventhen i still find it unbalanced

As I said before, it's not my fault.
I wanted to put together the "rivals". A Senju with an Uchiha. Naruto with Orochimaru. And a pervert with a pervert hater girl xd
