Mei and Tsunade take this mid difficulty. Firstly if Mei uses Hidden Mist Technique coupled with Boil Release, this will obscure their vision and prevent them from coming close. Katsuyu can also shoot acid long distance and Mei's lava was said to be a powerful jutsu if made contact with by the Madara Uchiha. Mei has a powerful water jutsu as well. Tsunade could take out Jugo. He may be faster but she is more durable and stronger. Karin dies easily and Suigetsu could be taken down easily by Mei via lava/acid/jutsu. Sasuke here is much weaker than Summit Sasuke so Mei and Tsunade could easily take care of him.

You mean with almost no chakra at all to use Amaterasu and another Susanoo version than the ribcage and eventhen for few seconds? No, Hebi Sasuke would have own him especially in that state where he could barely move because of side effects of the jutsu against Raikage

This proves nothing as Sasuke owned a nameless fodder. Mei and Tsunade would be different, Mei and Tsunade can easily take out Hebi. One punch from Tsunade and Karin and Jugo are dead and Mei can melt Suigetsu with her boil release. Hebi Sasuke is strong but he can't beat two kage level ninja. Mei and Tsunade would take this low-mid diff.

Hebi wins. Suigetsu chops one of their heads off, Juugo blasts the other one in the head with his cannons. Karin and Sasuke make out somewhere.

We can seriously talk about Tsunade soloing Hebi. Sasuke isn't even the problem at this point it is about suigetsu and as a solo aspect she would need to have Katsuyu's acid blend with the water so that when he becomes a solid again the acid would play its part on him.
So Tsunade and Mei against Hebi. Mid- diff at most.

Tsunade and Mei take this because of Sasuke's weaker team. Suigetsu will get taken out easily with Mei's boiling acid mist, along with Karin. Then the fight is reduced to Juggo and Sasuke. Sasuke can take out Mei, or Juggo can accomplish this, as Mei seems Largely sluggish to avoid Juggo's turbo charged Punches. Sasuke can use lightening variants to mobilize mei and take her head out, even a genjutsu will work on her. By this time, Juggo would have been take out by Katsuya.

Even if Sasuke puts Katsuya under genjutsu and turns her against Tsunade then it will get difficult, but Mei can just use her lava technique to restrict its movement as Katsuya is painfully slow; it's a slug after all. It boils down to a weakened Sasuke and perfectly fine Tsunade with an immortal technique still in use. I believe Sasuke can solo both of them individually, but together they will prove to be over-whelming as Tsunade can even heal Mei, and if his genjutsu tactic doesn't work and Mei is still around, the fight will prove to be too hard.

Sasuke can use Hawk Summon to get out of Mei's range, and use senbon on her vitals to take her out, but these wouldn't pose any problems for Tsunade. Tsunade and Mei win high difference as Juggo isn't exactly a push over.
