Tsunade attacking from Short range while Mei attack's from Mid/Long range should be an perfect combination.
Mei: Boil and Lava.
Tsunade: Slug summoning which can give chakra to Mei and herself during battle and with Yin stuff and Taijutsu lightning technique's.
By converting her chakra into electricity and striking the enemy, Tsunade is able to disrupt the signals that are sent from the brain to the opponent's nervous system in order to function. For example, if someone tried to move their right arm, a different part of the body would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move.

- Deidara: They would beat his ares, Mei has boil, maybe she can perform an Boiling floating thing beneath them to catch up with deidara and fight in the sky, you guys didn't see Mei her skill's but i bet she has some Crazy one's, and we didn't seen Tsunade fight since the fight between her and Pain but it wasn't fair anyway, and Mei with Lava and Boil is insane, maybe she has something like an Combination, and remember Mei using that technique which can even Melt Susanoo's bone's?
- Sasori: If Sakura can defeat Sasori then Tsunade definatly, i know that Sakura had back-up with Chiyo, but Tsunade having back-up from Mei is even more dangerous, remember that we are talking about Kage's.
- Hidan: Lol, he will sweep with his Scythe around and begin to scream and curse and try to get blood, but it wouldn't work anyway since Tsunade is an Taijutsu fighter and way stronger, getting blood from both of them would be suicide for hidan, Mei having Boil and Lava using it against Hidan and Tsunade using her strength is technically OP.
- Kakuzu: Tsunade alone would be Kakuzu but having Mei with her will be a win, Boil and Lava says enough.
- Konan: Seriously? People would be retarded if they would think that they would win agains Lava, it would make the Paper useless, and it's the same with Boil because boil has the properties of moisture, the Paper would easily be useless.
- Zetsu: I'm not sure but i think it'll be possible, actually pretty easy, if Tsunade uses his Kick on the ground she would make the Zetsu's fall out of balance and right after that Mei will begin to use Lava and Boil technique's against them while Tsunade give's Chakra to mei and Tsunade uses her Slug technique against the Zetsu's since Slugs are pretty heavy, they will just sit on the Zetsu's
- Karin: Uhm, Seriously? Tsunade alone would kill her at once since Karin can only sense chakra and can kick and punch without anything, so it's predictable.
- Juugo: Taijutsu, Boil, Lava against an Taijutsu user... Tsunade and Mei are way stronger, that's one thing that almost everybody should know even if Jugo goes into Killing mode.
- Suigestu: It could be a good fight but Mei and Tsunade would kick his ares, but it would be easier for Suigestu if he would turn into his Water transformation.
Lose.
- Madara: It speak's for itself, Madara would use Time-Space and his EMS to kill them, he would kill them easy, or maybe not since Mei is pretty smart so they could keep up with them, but not so long, if they would fight against Madara with Sharingan and Rinnegan then it would be probably One-move pwn.
- Itachi: Not sure, since I've seen Mei using the Boil technique against Sasuke and molt Sasuke's his Susanoo pretty fast, not sure, but i know that Itachi's Susanoo is stronger then Sasuke's one, but it would be an Epic battle.
- Nagato: Nagato with full power of course, it could be an nice battle but it'll be a short one. Nagato only using his Rinnegan would be Victory.
- 6 Path's: Not sure but i think the 6 Path's, Tsunade alone fighting Pain and Asura path gave her almost near death, but Naruto had to save people like he always does.
- Kisame: It would also be an Epic fight, and indeed a long one, but because of the intelligence of Kisame in the end the Victory would be his, he doesn't has the title of 'Tailed Beast without a Tail ' for nothing, and almost forgot his Samehada, it'll make him much more awesome.
