Restrictions: Katsuyu, KA
Intel: Tsunade and Kisame have full intel on each other's abilities, but they know Itachi only for reputation. Itachi has manga intel on Tsu and Kisame.
Conditions: Itachi is healthy

>>So who wins? In 1vs1 Itachi defeats them quite easily, but what about this??

It's 2v1 or 1v1 ?

In 1v1 scenario , Itachi takes both .

In 2v1 scenario , Tsunade and Kisame win .

n 1vs1 Itachi defeats them quite easily, but what about this
Itachi defeats Kisame at high diff atleast.
Team 1 can win this; but i don't know how Tsunade's support would be useful for someone who already has high chakra reserves and does not need healing due to samehada. Him and Tsunade most likely can't be a factorizing team because Tsunade's support has nothing much to add him.

Uh.. Kisame can take this on his own. To be honest, Tsunade would be getting in his way.

I consider Itachi the victor. His Mangekyo techniques are not what I am looking at in the first place but all of his basic skills which make him as dangerous as he is, such as the speed, the feints and the intellectual superiority, which was highly hyped by Kabuto.

I'm not consider Itachi to dash off with his Mangekyo Sharingan or any other linear movement, but already start with a illusion they don't recognize as one [ ] (until Itachi reveals) or his speed, which allows him to get out of the victims sight easily and appear behind them [ ], what is the first step for various other actions, whether Ninjutsu [ ] (note that Samehada isn't a counter for Fire Shuriken), Genjutsu [ ] or physical damage. That can happen with Kunai with which he chopped off Orochimaru's arm or several paper bombs with them he can tag one of them.

Itachi proved the highest level of skills in various areas even if not based on his Doujutsu. The Doujutsu however even heightens his capacity of reaction, allows him to use various intense Genjutsu which express a part of his fast and unpredictable feints and actions, and ultimately delights him with the Sharingan's ability to see through and read all kinds of Jutsu and actions.

That said, his three most powerful techniques composed of Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Susanoo, which holds its two supernatural items, and able to end the battle directly with respectively one blow; in former two cases with merely an eye contact or glance, makes me believe that Itachi is the clear victor.

Tsukyomi for Tsunade and as far as manga goes kisame gets genjutsu treatment too but he would win for the sheer facct of Amatarasu and Susano'o not much else to say

i'd go for team 1 but it'll be tough...! itachi strongest weapon is genjutsu which is negated by team 1 being a team...! but amaterasu will be a problem....! so very high diff for team 1....!

Kisame has no counter to Tsukoyomi. Once Kisame is out, Tsunade is brushed off with ease.

Did I actually see someone saying.. Tsunade solo's? I don't even..

@On-Topic. Itachi has this, however, he will definitely be pushed to high difficulty.

Tsunade helps Kisame in no possible way. Itachi takes this, albeit with a lot of difficulty due to Kisame.

No. People think it's legit because it's long, but when you actually take time to read it, you'd realize that it's full of fangirlism and non-sense.

So you judge it before reading it?
I disagree with her, but she has some good points like Tsunade's counter to the Tsukuyomi.
