Tsunade can outlast Guy, so Tsunade> Guy.
Jman> Kakashi and Tsunade <\= Jiraiya. IMO Tsunade deals with Guy and jman defeats Kakashi. Finally the 2 sannin makes a draw. Opinians?

Guy is too fast/too strong for tsunade. She can heal all types of wounds, but guys gated attacks are on another scale.

Jiraiya vs Kakashi would be interesting, but jiraiya has a greater chance of winning due to his large chakra reserves and sage mode.

Tsunade can outlast gai, simply because she is one of the most durable characters in the anime with and without byakogou, and one punch from her can end gai, kakashi will loose to jiraya because jiraya is just too badass, but if tsunade joins in, jman is gonna loose,

Gai's most powerful attack to date caused internal bleeding, after which his opponent was still able to fight whereas Guy was incapable of continuing.
However, With the Speed possessed by both Kakashi and Tsunade and their respective perceptive abilities, Kakashi's sharigan, and Tsunade's ability to to read movement, Gai's efficiency is greatly reduced. Add to that the fact that Gai relies on speed where Tsunade can make the terrain hap-hazardous. Which in turn would force Gai to slow down.
Jiraiya has a lot Earth, Fire, and Oil to rely on in this fight. However, Kakashi has Earth, Water, Lightning.
He can certainly give Jiraiya or Gai one helluva battle.
But the ace in the whole in this battle is Kamui.
Because Gai is so dull minded it's entirely possible he may fall into either Kakashi or Tsunade's possible traps.

Tsunade and kakashi and the only reason for that is kakashi Kamui. The copy ninja MS can come in handy against Gai while tsunade keep Jirayia at bay. When kakashi beats guy with his kamui, he would joined tsunade in beating the toad sage. Tsuande can prolong the match by spamming Byakagou lol

Tsunade beats guy,his attacks wont pout her down and she would beat him,kakashi with his ms would prove strong,but j-man would win,however kakashi is gonna push him hard,tsunade then heals herself while h-man is still fatigued,she tosses any boss summon aside while using katsuya to distract j-man or help save kakashi if he survives his fight with j-man,in the end,tsunade and kakashi win very high diff

No gated Gai's attacks aren't strong enough to kill Tsunade. He can't even spam those moves either unlike Tsunade who can spam her jutsu. Gai describes it as a simple punch. A simple punch isn't killing Tsunade.

I thought you found it annoying when people used kamui as a ace in the whole against Tsunade yet it is perfectly fine if he uses it against Gai or Jiraiya even though they are less likely to be hit by that jutsu.

OT: Jiraiya and Gai take this mid difficulty if Jman uses sage mode. If he decides to not to do that probably Kakashi and Tsunade high difficulty.

Yes I find it irritating when people use Kamui as a direct attack. I'm talking about using Kamui in terms of a trap, in a way similar to how he threw the kunai at Obito then sent it to the other dimension. Or how he took naruto's clone to the other dimension, and then brought it back. I'm not actually, talking about him Kamuing Gai or Jiraiya. I didn't explain orignally out of laziness.
And I don't really see Jiraiya falling for such a trap either. I see Gai following for traps much easier.
