Her chakra doesn't need to be infinite, if she used the jutsu on them like you claim, then those injuries would have been healed as quickly as they healed Tsunade as soon as she activated the jutsu.

The Sozo Saize and the Byakugou regenerates the injures instantly.

Do you think that Tsunade had enough time to use the normal healing when Pein used his Massive Shinra Tensei which destroyed a village in less then 5 seconds? I don't think so. She obviously used the chakra in her Yin seal to heal the villagers with the Sozo- Saize.
Now I ask you a question: What do you think how many villagers live in Konoha? Do you honestly think that she had enough chakra to heal them completely? The answer is obviously NO. The Sozo Saizei only healed their most significant injures.
