I don't see tsunade regenerating from amaterasu and i don't see guy or tsunade touching sasuke's amaterasu covered susanoo let alone breaking it.

Well we really don't know much about Sasuke's EMS abilities, but I think he can takes this battle Mid-difficulty. Tsunade and Guy are both close-combat fighters (although Tsunade can be long-range with Katsuyuu- Acid Spit). Even then Sasuke can hide behind his Sussano and Amaterasu her. While Guy may be harder to pinpoint with Amaterasu (due to his speed), I don't see Guy taking down Sussano with anything but Hirudora. However, he would need to use his gates and judging from the fights he's been in, he needs to be stationary to unlock the gates. That gives Sasuke a window to finish him off.
