No restrictions, manga intel. Location: Destroyed Konoha. Who wins?
What if A get stuck while attacking Tsunade? What if he gets tripped? What if Tsunade goes on top of Katsuyu where A can't do anything? What a joke, how is Tsunade defeating A with 3.5 in speed?

Gaara and Tsunade take this high difficulty.
He already outmanoeuvred the 4th Kazekage and can no doubt do it again. Tsunade's regeneration allows her to hold her own against A but I don't think Tsunade can beat him due to his immense speed. Gaara would eventually help Tsunade defeat A though. Moreover, since they have better team work and support capabilities, I see them besting the Yondaime duo.
Give me a scan of A being able to decapitate an opponent without support. You can't therefore this match won't end in 1 second. He wouldn't let that happen. Also what prevents A from going on top of Katsuyu as well? Nothing.
A speed blitz and chop her head off, game over. No Katusuyu, no hand seals, nothing, the match ends in 1 second.

A first has to activate lightning armour to speed blitz Tsunade but he can't do this and run up to Tsunade and then decapitating her all in one second. Go ahead, prove me wrong, but you can't. You are out of your league here.
If Tsunade is on top of Katsuyu, Raikage will get sucked in and won't be able to run up at full speed.
Yet he needed Bee's help to decapitate Kisame. A VS Naruto didn't have A decapitating anyone nor did A VS Sasuke show decapitation. If you had common sense and read the manga you would know that he is more than powerful enough to decapitate his opponents, reread Ay vs Naruto/ Ay vs Sasuke fight.
Ay can activate his V2 in a second, Tsunade is slow and she is easily one of the weakest Kage, he will speed blitz her and end the match right away. You're wrong if you think she can beat Ay, deal with it.

I never said Tsunade beats A but I'm just questioning your intelligence when you say A can beat her in 1 second with low difficulty. Get out of here if you really think that.
You just admitted it takes A one second to activate lightning armour. How does he activate lightning armour, run all the way to Tsunade and then proceed to decapitate her all in one second?
The momentum from his attacks will be transferred over to Tsunade sending her flying. It won't decapitate her unless Raikage knocks her down to the ground or against a wall for back support which will force the momentum of Raikage's chop to cut through Tsunade's body.He is one of the strongest character in the manga physically and certainly the biggest human, his fist is bigger than a human head. May you take a look at Tsunade's size? His lateral chop cracked Susanoo ribcage, KCM Naruto said he would have died if he didn't block his hit at the right time. Raiton enhances his attacks and makes them utterly more powerful, combined with the momentum while he's charging at Tsunade in V2, her head will go flying.
Well I only wanted you to know that Raikage doesn't win this battle as easily as you say he can. He does beat Tsunade though although if he ends up tripping or gets his hand stuck inside Tsunade's stomach, Tsunade could strike him and end him right then and there. You do know Ay is arguably the fastest character alive? His speed in V2 is practically unmatched, Tsunade will not have time to do anything.
lastly I hope you know the second was a figure of speech, I should be the one questioning your intelligence.

No, a pinpoint attack to the neck will do some damage to her neck which can be regenerated from Byakogu but it won't destroy it completely. The momentum will be transferred over nullifying the damage done to Tsunade's neck. You also assume Tsunade can't hold her arms out in front before Raikage even puts up his lightning armour. No, a pinpoint attack on her neck will decapitate her, a simple punch would send her flying only if she blocked it, an unblocked punch would tear a hole in her neck, possibly decapitate her as well, a chop would easily decapitate her.
Tsunade won't last, she is too slow to evade or block any of his attacks, yes Ay will win that easily. since she can't survive decapitation.

No you are wrong, he has enough strength and power to decapitate her, it's the same as a blade, it would decapitate her. I have already provided enough arguments proving he is powerful enough to do so.
She has no way of telling where he is going to hit, can she read Ay's mind? His reflexes, reaction speed and overall speed are leagues above hers.
Well Raikage uses blunt force which isn't the greatest when it comes to decapitation. He also possesses some slicing attacks but they pale in comparison to kusanagi and susanoo swords. Anyway, let's debate the actual fight, not Tsunade VS A since I agree A wins mid difficulty. No you are wrong, he has enough strength and power to decapitate her, it's the same as a blade, it would decapitate her. This is a high quality-shit response. So, nothing happens. Ay just appears and kills Tsunade in a second no diff? He just defeated a Hokage with out any effort. Not even minimal effort. Amazing. I had no idea Ay was at that level. If he can just go around decapitating people in one second, I truly wonder how shinobi such as Madara survived, or why he isn't respected more by his fellow Kage.
OT: Gaara vs his father is difficult. Gaara did have the advantage before when they fought. But it's worth noting that Gaara had such control and power that the 4th mistook Gaara for the Shukaku. Though, the 4th should be able to overwhelm him in a neutral setting. Gaara won't be able to erode the region before the 4th can begin his Gold Dust assult.
Those two, it could go either way. I'd favor the 4th Kazekage 2/3 times though.
Between Ay and Tsunade? Honestly I haven't the slightest clue. I'm not too well versed in either character and because of that shall refrain from making assumptions on who would win.
Also, I separated them like this because I feel like in character, Gaara would aim and target his father. And might even be a bit blood-lusted when fighting him. The 4th is an ******* and honestly doesn't seem like he enjoys Gaara's presence. So, it's safe to assume seeing Gaara replace him and seeing him trying to fight him back, he could get a bit aggrivated by this.
So I'd say Gaara is most likely blood-lusted during this battle, and a decent chance of the 4th Kazekage being blood-lusted or in a near-ish state isn't unbelievable either.
