i don't think A could beat itachi alone, are people forgetting that he has the sharingan? and if A were to punch susanoo itachi could use that very moment to put him in a genjutsu. tsunade is strong and my be the key factor because itachi can't fight tsunade and A at the same time if the attack from opposite sides especially not with his stamina. but without tsunade the raikage would definitely die even with knowledge. if sasuke could keep up with A then itachi who is faster and more proficient with the sharingan could definitely keep up with his movements as well.
itachi has a chance to win but its possible that he'll lose it all depends on how strong his susanoo is if it can hold of tsunade while he deals with A (using tsukuyomi or amaterasu when he punches) then he can proceed to kill tsunade. but, assuming that tsunade can break his suasonoo quickly enough then she can kill itachi.
But the problem is that tsunade and A are taijutsu fighters with no long distance techs (except maybe katsuya) and with susanoo it kind of makes taijutsu risky because of amateasu the instant they punch his susanoo he could use amateasu on tsunade or A. tsukuyomi wouldn't happen because the have intel so they know not to look into his eyes. the only way i see team tsunade winning is if tsunade can use shockwaves to harm/distract itachi even when he's in susanoo.
50/50 IMO
i've already explained through this thread how A can solo Itachi, Itachi stands absolutely no chance against both of them
