First of all, let me start out by saying that I don't think sasuke can use it. But let's pretend he could just for this theory.

a perfect Jin can get his tb to give them chakra to disrupt the gen jutsu, but if sasuke could use the same tsukuyomi as itachi, then by the time kurama or whoever disrupts the jutsu, to naruto he would of still been in it for 72 hours, right?

Lel! Of course Naruto had whiskers before he became the kyuubi jinchuuriki... His mother, Kushina gave birth to him when she was still the kyuubi jin herself so the chakra simply mixed.. Naruto became a jinchuuriki when he was a baby also.. XD don't know how its weird!

only itachi can slow down time in tsukuyomi
