Tsukuyomi imo, I think it is more versatile and only and Uchiha can break out of it, everyone else will get brain ****ed.

It surpasses it in a sense. You can use it without eye-contact, and control people without them even knowing it. If I recall correctly it is unbreakable unless the user cancels it.

Danzo with Hashiroids could only use it once per day. Itachi's crow could only use it once a decade as there were no restoring properties, nor Uchiha chakra. Shusui could likely use it a few times a day, once a day at bare minimal.
