Anyone would be OP with the 8 gates. Imagine a ninjutsu user with 8 gates, their tech would be extreme. Tsunade with her regen ability may be able to survive the 8th gate. She'll obviously be the strongest Hokage then.

You actually bring up a good point. Tsunade has her Yin Seal and Creation Rebirth. I think that these might be able to counteract the opening of all inner gates. She could use some of the stored chakra to replenish her chakra after releasing all inner gates, and she could use the rest to repair her body.

Maybe she could go 8th gate and then when its up she pulls her yin seal release. IDK how exactly the 8th gate works or if its ever chakara based. But yes with it Tsunade would have been so much more OP added to what she already has :O

Actually what would happen is that, Tsunade would become immortal and a super strong/fast for sometime, but it would be for a significantly less amount of time than if she didn't use Byakugou or creation rebirth to make her immortal because its using up chakra as well.

If she opens the 8th gate, she will still die because all it does is cause the user to use ALL of their chakra at once. Can't heal from chakra exhaustion.
