I always wanted to ask this so. Is the strength of the TSB dependent on how much chakra from the Juubi you have or is it all the same no matter the chakra?..

I think it does cuz obito had more tailed beast chakra than naruto and could use one of them to neutralise a tailed beast bomb and a senjutsu susanoo arrow while one of naruto's could only neutralise a susanoo arrow.

Naruto never used them against a Tailed Beast bomb so you can't really say if he could or not.
