looks a little too saturated...
also the lighting is kinda all over the place...try using curves to fix it up a little..
the effects arent bad..good job
as for the text...NEVER put the text on a corner..or close to the edges of sigs...it creates two focals..which isnt good
also it doesnt look like u spent too much time on the text, the font doesnt fit the sig
try spending as much time on the text as u do with the sig :y any text can either make a sig awesome, or ruin it..so maybe u should practice some more on text
anyways..its pretty good man :y

The render is too saturated. Drop the texts for time being, the colors in the BG and the render don't compliment each other. Make use of gradient maps, color fills, color balance etc., to fix that.
