I like the 1st and the 3rd part. I think your effect looks best on real persons other than anime

Good effort, need to have more detail tho.
when you learn more then you can put little details in to make it really stand out, but as it is right now the background is just plain and the only thing that really catches my eye is how bright the color is.
The blending is good for some, the last one you tried something new on top of the new style and didnt really work but just keep working at it.
