Trying 2 understand DB/Z/GT/S Power Levels

Ive been a little confused about the power levels.

YES im talking about filler but hear me out.

Base Goku at the beginning of GT is stronger than the ssj3 goku that fought kid buu.

The ssj3 goku that fought kid buu was around the same level when he fought beerus.

So if GT base goku is stronger than that version of Goku where would he fit in super? Power level wise?

If his base is stronger than ssj3 then that would mean his transformations are stronger as well.

Not to mention he became the dragon at the end so he's immortal and has the universal spirit bomb.


Idk power scaling be all over the place for DB/Z/GT/S

Dragon Ball Super is not repetitive. Its actually a fresh story without doing too too much. It manages to be nostalgiac but at the same time adding new elements which were scarce in the original. Like unique character development and interactions between characters.

The story is also more complex and diverse than the original, and the added elements of the universes and its hierarchy add new levels of power for Goku&friends to reach all the while expanding the DBverse alltogether with new mysteries, adventure and content.

In my opinion this is the right whole milk everyone deserves. GT was true sour milking. With this they are actually trying to bring something "fresh" and "Interesting" to the world of Dragon Ball for fans to enjoy.

To OP: I would put base goku from gt at same level or similar to base goku super AFTER he trains for SsgSs. Whis made them go through gos training in base so their transformations can be stronger.
