People think Izuna was the brother of Madara Uchiha but this is false. This is the story of how Madara came to be
Izuna was the sister of Madara Uchiha and the Uchiha and Senju clashed more times to count, eventually they decided to sit down and discuss to stop the violence. They came to an agreement and set out to find a village where they all could live. Madara still had soar feeling about the Senju, but not Izuna, she grew a liking to them,especially Tobirama. After growing a close bond to him they fell in love.Madara hated Izuna for this and told her to end the relationship but she refused. Time went on and Izuna turned out to be pregnant with Tobirama's child. Madara found out Izuna was hiding this,even Tobirama didn't know. Izuna told Madara it will bring the Uchiha clan and Senju clan closer and become one big happy clan.Madara yelled "That child is an abomination!" he then ended up killing Izuna and taking her eye's as his own was was going blind. The funeral was held for Izuna with noone but Madara knowing how she died. Hashirama was elected Hokage getting the Uchiha vote that drove Madara off the edge. He later had a showdown with Hashirama and summoned the Kyuubi to attack. Madara was defeated that battle and was thought to be dead but he was not. He got a hold of Hashirama's DNA that keep him alive. Feeling betrade by his own clan Madara did not go back to the village he set out to find his own way in life. Near the end of his life he found coded glyphs that told the story of the So6P and how he could return with the birth of an Uchiha/Senju child. Madara couldn't believe it and realized Izuna's child could have been the next So6P. As soon as he found this out and read the glyphs he awakened the Rinnegan. Madara now had a piece of the so6p but not all because he is just an Uchiha with Senju DNA and not half Senju,half Uchiha. He died soon after saving Obito.
Time went on as we know, an Uchiha named Kagami was telling Danzo a myth he heard about how someone could get some power the so6p had, but neither really believed it but not to their knowing the myth was true. Later in life Danzo found this out and wanted the power himself thinking he could get the power of the sage. He took Shisui's eye and went to Orochimaru who had some Senju DNA. He cover his eye and wrapped his arm where the Senju DNA was injected so he would not get caught. He did not get the power that was fore told, thinking he needed more Uchiha DNA to get it he casted Kotoamatsukami on Itachi Uchiha making him kill his clan without him knowing he was being manipulated. Danzo collected some of the Uchiha sharigans and placed them in the Senju arm. He still did not get any of the power of the so6p realizing only an Uchiha with Senju DNA or a Senju with Uchiha DNA could get a piece of the sage power know as the Rinnegan.
Izuna the sister of Madara was carrying a child that would have been the so6p. Half Senju and Half making a new power. Madara not knowing and hate for the senju made him Kill Izuna. Once he found the coded message about the sage he also found out about the infinite tsukuyomi and start a plan of his own....called the moon eye plan.
