It literally compares Sarada to Sakura right off the bat and then talks about the truth. If Karin was already revealed to be the mother why is there still talk about Sarada's birth? The majority of Sarada's questions can be answered by Karin being the mom so it's not like there's anything big that would be revealed. The only reason Sarada was worried about her missing birth records was because she guessed that Sakura wasn't the mom. But now Sarada isn't thinking about the birth anymore. All she's thinking about now is the relationship between Sasuke and Sakura, and her possible new mom...Wouldn't the preview say something about Karin and something about accepting that bonds are stronger than blood? If anything it'd talk about moving on from all this. But no there's still something that needs to be revealed.
