well requirement for mangekyo wasnt met then but on some level he slipped rock

I see, so you are saying that a mangekyo can temporarily activate in time of need. But deactivate once the danger has passed since the requireents were not met.

it has been stated in the manga that sometimes you can unlock a power of the sharingan briefly and then it goes dormant again. Sasuke had 1 tomoe in each eye when itachi killed his clan but didn't unlock it until the Haku battle so this is a good point

A good point. Also can be said grants you the power which suits the user depending on their mastery over the abilities
Itachi => Tsukuyomi
Shisui => KotoAmatsukami
Sasuke => Enton

To further add to this assertion, specific abilities embedded within the users Mangekyou and the respective potential of such, are all rooted in what the user of the Mangekyou wants to do. Madara wanted to protect his clan and in doing so, he gained Perfect Susano'o to "armor" his clan. Itachi and Shisui both were spies and their main abilities were "illusions" to coincide with their respective demeanor's. Sasuke wanted to eliminate Konoha and "burning it" is the best course of action for full scale bombardment. To further add on to Sasuke, his current thoughts referencing the "past" and eliminating it, seem to hint that he will gain a new Eien No Mangekyou ability that has to do with Time and Perception. Most likely the manipulation of time.

yeah about madara not only get susanoo to defend his clan second reason for gigantic monster is to battle hashirama something big enough to crush senju.. and senju hashirama most of all and his mokuton _thats why he imagined sword and his chakra formed it,

enton and sasuke makes perfect sense since he was young he proofed his dad to be exelent ninjutsu user as his brother

what i wonder is whether implanting itachi's eyes gave whole new power/ slowing time etc or just

Itachi and Sasuke have the same mangekyo techs, minus Tsukuyomi.
