So i have made a way too crazy theory, please take your time to read it and tell me how it is !
I would be putting images of the latest manga chapter - 619 , so spoiler alert , if you haven't read the chapter.

So we have now known in latest chapter that uchiha are actually the good guys but when they loose their loved ones, they go mad and become evil getting stuck deep down into hatred.
Now i would like you to think, from where does this hatred come from ??
In this thread, you will find answer to that question.​

Uchiha's Instant change in personality :​

So if you have or if you have not noticed, Mangekyou Sharingan gives an instant change in an uchiha's personality.
And here is the reason why :

Now my theory is Once the special chakra sprout inside their brains , it corrupts their brain into doing evil things.

Obito's Madness :

Obito, a nice guy who's character was exactly the same as naruto, became evil right after obtaining MS.

Sasuke Also Became mad, and wanted to do evil things such as crush konoha right after he got MS.

Itachi's Madness :​

Well , when Itachi got MS, He killed his entire clan, and before killing his clan , his madness could be seen when his uchiha friends blamed him for killing shisui, he showed his MS that time and he looked really angry.

I think the special chakra which sprout in their brain is the juubi's chakra.
(heh. Here is the reason why i said the theory is crazy)

Now now, before you starting jumping from your chairs, i will explain how exactly this works.

Tell me what is the most evil thing in the NarutoVerse ?
The Juubi.

Now When an uchiha goes through an emotional phase, he gets mentally weak, and that is the time when juubi strikes and corrupts the brain into doing evil things.

Now you must be thinking HOW EXACTLY THE JUUBI SENDS HIS CHAKRA TO THEM ?
Well here is the answer : THE MOON.

Well you know so6p divided the juubi into 9 bijjus and the other half was in the moon.

The moon is the half part of juubi's chakra, so whenever a uchiha goes through the emotional phase, juubi sends his special chakra into his brain which not only corrupts him, but makes him even more powerful.

Just EVERYTIME an uchiha do something evil, the MOON is somehow involved in it.

Uchiha MADARA​

So guys tell me who is the most powerful corrupted uchiha ?
Ofcourse, MADARA !!!

Now who have the highest set of eyes ? MADARA
Who plans on taking over the world ? MADARA!

In my second theory, i want to say, that even though it looks like madara is the one pulling the strings but he ACTUALLY isn't!IT IS infact the JUUBI.
Well , when madara got MS he got corrupted, then his brother gave him EMS and then unfortunately died, THEN he went into a second emotional phase , and became EVEN MORE CORRUPTED.
Then on the brink of his death , what he gets is another set of eyes, RINNEGAN, he gets it because he was weakest at that point and juubi used that opportunity to give him the rinnegan and also made him more corrupted.


I think that is the time, when madara unlocked the juubi's vessel and planned for his plan - infinite tsukiyomi.

But i don't think it is really MADARA's plan, but it is actually the JUUBI's plan to take over the world.
Madara is just the medium, to connect the moon with the earth, by his genjutsu .

Current madara cannot even control the imperfect juubi, perfect juubi is another story.

And Obito is just assuming that they would gain control over the juubi once they become its perfect jinchuriki but that isn't the case.
If they can't gain control over the imperfect juubi, they certainly cannot be able to control the perfect juubi even after becoming its jinchuriki.

So the juubi is the one who is controlling both madara and obito at the moment, but they don't know it yet , i think it works like Kotoamatsukami.
Hell, They don't even like each other :

I really doubt two people who don't like each other would go as far as doing whatever they done .

So once madara become juubi's perfect jinchuriki, juubi would take over him, execute the genjutsu and TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!!
And if that actually happened, I think only a two man team can defeat him , Guess guess ?

Am I the only one who understood that Tobirama said that when they turn evil their brain make them eyes more powerful allowing their feelings and emotions to manifest through their eyes, and not that their brains make them evil ?

As for the second part..mhm well interesting, but Madara's plan involves being in control of the Juubi, so...it doesn't bond so well. I can see your point though.

All in all, interesting theories, they might have some point.

That was an awesome thread. Sounds correct, i've noticed how Kishimoto takes ideas from Dragonball(z), with the moon being the source of some immense power so you've definitely cracked that case open. The only thing I wonder about is how the Sage of six paths got his own power.

Shisui didn't really lived long enough after awakening MS , and he awakened the best genjutsu in

No you're wrong. When they go through emotional distress then something in their brain is unlocked and a chakra sprouts and pours into their body and manifests itself by producing a change in the eye through the optic nerve. This person is saying that the chakra they receive is from the Juubi and that would make sense since part of the juubi is in the moon.

But Itachi killed the clan due to there not really being any other good option in the situation. And he joined the Akatsuki in order to work as a spy :y

And yeah, I know Shisui was likely quite powerful xd

My point was that neither turned evil after getting the MS, which'd be weird if they were under the control of the Juubi.

Hmmm.I have some doubts about that.
1) I don't think the chakra has anything to do with the juubi.I think it's affected by the emotions.Like in the real world when you are in a situation that upsets/scares you,feel threatened etc,etc the brain produces substances that affect your feelings and allows you to act in a way.That way I believe that due to the deep emotional state the Uchihas are the chakra that runs through the brain is affected by the emotion and that's why it's "special".The optic nerve is connected directly to the brain so it's affected easier and the emotion affected chakra awakes the sharingan and MS the "eyes of the emotions" as Tobirama said. So I believe no juubi stuff.
2) As in real life again full moon influence peoples behavior (not in the go crazy kind of way but in other ways I am bored to mention now) and tends to make them more emotional I think Kishi took that into consideration and tried to related it with the myth of the full bloody moon.Plus it creates a nice mysterious and scary narrative atmosphere. No juubi again.
3) Kakashi can go on-off his MS and turn from base to MS and the other way around.How is that explained???Kakashi doesn't have any known relative on the Uchiha or the Senju side.So how is the juubi chakra affecting him?
