Hey may look weak but he is the strongest anime character in existence. He is a God. There are only people who can tie his power(if they can). No one in DBZ combined is stronger. Not Goku, not Omega Shenron, not SSJ God Goku, not even the new bunny or his buddy who is stronger then him.

Now with that said, if you want to talk about feats and shown swordsmanship, One Piece has some pretty bad ass swordsman. Rurouni Kenshin and Samurai Champloo as well. Mihawk can deflect bullets with his blade. Zoro can do Asura. Mugen can breakdance and sword fight at the same time. Kenshin has godlike speed(in his verse) and has many moves idolizing that speed. They are all much better with a sword then anyone who just knows how to swing a sword around and has insane power.

If you equalize speed, strength, gave them all identical swords, and it ONLY was based on the skill of a sword, Trunks wouldn't be able to compete with the likes of a real swordsman. Saying otherwise is just fanboyism.
